    I may have a bias opinion of JPH, as I work there. But my goal is to try to solve as many problems as possible in a day, sometimes there isn't enough time in a day to possibly take care of everything that presents itself. We do the best we can with a small staff of 11 employee's.

    My husband and I are fairly new homeowners and we are learning a lot about our house as we run into expected problems (most of which revolve around plumbing). We have called Johnson Plumbing & Heating a number of times to ask for assistance and each time we have been left feeling extremely let-down, upset and angry. In one instance we were told that we needed to put a $200 deposit on our credit card before they could even tell us if they could make it to our place. In another instance we told the plumber we had some plugging problems and he immediately assumed our pipes were frozen and told us to call a steamer. Most plumbers stay on the phone and listen to what you have to say and help you troubleshoot, but this company didn't have compassion what-so-ever. We will never, ever call them again. Try every other plumbing company first, leave Johnson for the last resort.

    Very pleased with Johnsons. Always friendly and informative, we have been lucky that they have shown up most times within a few hours of us calling- even when it's just an inquiry.

    I'm new to the area and recently had a problem with my water heater. Turns out it was nothing, the plumber had to walk in, push a button and leave. For this I was charged 152.00. while I don't mind paying for a service or a minimum charge, I do mind not being notified. A customer should know what they are going to be charged automatically especially since previously, I mentioned a number and the secretary agreed with the rough range of that number. That to me is poor customer service. Then when I voice my complaint that a customer should be notified atleast, the woman on the phone tells me "it's comparable with everyone else" in a very unsympathetic tone and continued to not care about my frustrations. Again very poor customer service.While it's not her fault there is a minimum charge, it is her responsibility to be upfront with customers. I'm extremely disappointed with the level of customer service at this establishment and for that reason alone will not use them again. All that was needed was a simple "I'm sorry for the misunderstanding" but instead got attitude.
